Issue	Probable Cause & Solution
Pump won't prime / No product comes out	- Not primed enough: Continue pumping. It can take many strokes for thick products. - Clogged nozzle: Remove the pump head and rinse the nozzle with warm water. - Dip tube not submerged: Ensure the bottle is upright and the tube reaches the product.
Product dribbles or leaks from nozzle	- Incomplete press: Ensure you are pressing the pump down fully and quickly. - Viscosity too low: The pump mechanism might be designed for a thicker product.
Pump feels "stuck" or hard to press	- Safety lock engaged: Check if the pump head needs to be twisted to unlock. - Product clog: Dried product can jam the spring mechanism. Soak the pump assembly in warm water to dissolve residue.
Pump doesn't return after pressing	- Broken spring: The internal or external spring is likely damaged. The pump assembly will need to be replaced.
Air comes out, but no lotion	- Bottle is empty. - Dip tube is bent or not reaching the remaining product. Tilt the bottle to submerge the tube.
